 Islamia College University Peshawar apologizes for paying full salaries to employees

According to the university's announcement, the university is unable to pay the full May salary and pension, so employees will be paid only the basic May salary and 50 per cent pension.

Dil Nawaz, president of Islamia College Teaching Staff Association, told Geo News that for the first time in the 110-year history of Islamia College, there is no salary money.

He said that the declaration was rejected by the Joint Action Council and the provincial government was responsible for the financial condition of the universities.
